How a premium Tampa plastic surgery practice cut its cost per lead in half by marketing like the specialists they are.
Two highly trained Tampa plastic surgeons were charging premium prices while their marketing talked about deals. The mismatch cost them twice: fewer leads, and consultations with patients shopping on price. We rebuilt their story and landing pages around their training, experience, and results. On the same budget of about $5,000 a month, cost per lead fell from $67 to $32, monthly leads roughly doubled to about 155, and the practice reported noticeably better consultations.

The Problem
Premium surgeons, bargain-bin marketing.
This practice is led by two plastic surgeons with elite training and decades of combined experience. Their pricing reflects that. Their marketing didn't.
Much of the messaging leaned on price: deals, savings, affordability. That kind of language attracts exactly the wrong patient for a premium practice. It brings in people comparing quotes, not people choosing a surgeon, and it undercuts the trust that justifies a higher price.
The results showed it. Across the months before the change, the practice was paying about $67 for each lead and averaging roughly 75 leads a month, and too many of the consultations that followed were with price shoppers.
From the Field
“When your marketing competes on price, you're telling patients price is the thing to compare. For a premium surgeon that's a losing game. You'll never be the cheapest, and you shouldn't try. Their brand needed to say what their training and results already proved.”

Audit Findings
Where the brand and the practice didn't match.
Price-led messaging for a premium practice
Messaging built around deals and affordability pulled in bargain hunters and made the practice's real prices a surprise at consultation.
Credentials buried
The surgeons' training and experience, the strongest reasons to choose them, weren't what a patient saw first.
Landing pages out of step with the market
The pages weren't built for a Tampa patient choosing a premium surgeon in a market full of discount offers. They didn't lead with who the surgeons are or what sets their results apart.
The Rebuild
Market the expertise, not the discount.
A premium story for each surgeon
We rebuilt the practice's story around the two surgeons: their training, their experience, and the procedures each is known for. Each surgeon has a dedicated page, so patients can choose the surgeon, not just the clinic.
Landing pages aligned with the market
New landing pages built for the Tampa patient choosing a premium surgeon, leading with credentials, results, and what the consultation and recovery experience look like, instead of price.
Ads that attract motivated patients
Ad copy now leads with elite training, decades of experience, and world-class results, which filters out price shoppers before they ever click.

What Carries Over
Lessons for premium practices.
Your marketing sets the price conversation
Talk about deals and patients arrive expecting one. Talk about expertise and patients arrive expecting to pay for it.
Premium positioning can lower your cost per lead
It's natural to assume that filtering out price shoppers means fewer leads. Here it meant more, because the right patients responded more strongly to a brand that looked like the surgeons they wanted.
Lead quality is part of the result
A cheaper lead that never books is expensive. The number that matters is how many consultations turn into surgeries, and that starts with who the marketing attracts.
If your marketing doesn't match your price
Let's make your brand look like your results.
If your consultations are full of price shoppers, your marketing is probably inviting them. Book a strategy call and we'll show you how we'd reposition your practice for the patients you want.

How a DC-area female plastic surgeon cut her cost per lead in half with a brand that matched her work.
A plastic surgeon in the Washington, DC area known for refined, natural results was being marketed like any other clinic. Her brand didn't reflect her training, her aesthetic, or her premium pricing. We rebuilt her story around what makes her different, built a dedicated landing page around her, and restructured her Google Ads around it. On the same $5,000 monthly budget, cost per lead fell from $58 to $28, monthly leads more than doubled, and the practice reported higher-quality consultations.
How an Austin plastic surgeon became a breast and body specialist and turned it into 7 to 8 new surgical patients a month.
An Austin plastic surgeon came to us after working with an agency that "specialized in healthcare" but had given him the same generic website it could have given any doctor. His real strength, breast and body surgery, was nowhere in his story. We rebuilt his website and his Google Ads around that specialty. In the first 12 months the new system produced about 315 qualified leads at $75 each on roughly $2,000 a month in ad spend, and Google Ads alone now brings in 7 to 8 new surgical patients a month.
How a plastic surgeon in Bogotá produced $40,000 in international revenue in two weeks at 30:1 ROI.
The surgeon wanted to attract US and Canadian patients but the existing brand didn't communicate the philosophy that differentiated the practice. We led with brand alignment, then rebuilt the website around it, and only then launched advertising across Meta and Google. The practice produced $40,000 in international revenue within the first two weeks at 30:1 ROI.
