How a DC-area female plastic surgeon cut her cost per lead in half with a brand that matched her work.
A plastic surgeon in the Washington, DC area known for refined, natural results was being marketed like any other clinic. Her brand didn't reflect her training, her aesthetic, or her premium pricing. We rebuilt her story around what makes her different, built a dedicated landing page around her, and restructured her Google Ads around it. On the same $5,000 monthly budget, cost per lead fell from $58 to $28, monthly leads more than doubled, and the practice reported higher-quality consultations.

The Problem
Elegant results, generic marketing.
This surgeon trained at one of the country's top academic programs and is known for a refined, natural aesthetic. As a female surgeon, she brings a perspective many women are actively looking for. Her pricing reflects that level of care.
Her marketing didn't. Ads and pages presented her like any other plastic surgery clinic, with nothing that captured her training, her aesthetic, or the experience of being cared for by a female surgeon. Patients comparing options had no reason to see her as different.
In late 2025 the practice was paying about $58 per lead and averaging roughly 86 leads a month on about $5,000 in spend.
From the Field
“She had everything a premium brand needs: elite training, a signature aesthetic, and a story women connect with. None of it was in her marketing. We didn't have to invent anything. We just had to make sure the patient saw who she really is before she saw a price.”

Audit Findings
What was holding the account back.
A brand that didn't reflect a premium surgeon
The marketing didn't communicate her training, her aesthetic, or why she's worth choosing at her price point.
Her biggest differentiator went unsaid
For many patients, choosing a female surgeon who understands their goals matters a great deal. That was nowhere in the messaging.
No landing page built for the patient choosing her
Paid traffic wasn't landing on a page designed to take a DC-area patient from curiosity to consultation request. Ads dropped her onto the same generic pages as everyone else.
The Rebuild
Tell her story, then build the funnel around it.
A refined brand story
We rebuilt her messaging around what sets her apart: elite training, refined and natural results, and the experience of working with a female surgeon who understands her patients.
A dedicated landing page built around her
A new landing page built for the woman comparing plastic surgeons across the DC area: who the surgeon is, what her results look like, what the consultation and recovery experience is like, and an easy consultation request.
A restructured Google Ads account
We rebuilt the campaign around the new landing page and the searches DC-area patients use, tightened to the metro, with ad copy that leads with her credentials and aesthetic: elite training, refined and elegant results, mommy makeover, and body procedures.

What Carries Over
Lessons for surgeons with a story worth telling.
Your differentiator is probably already true
We didn't invent a brand. Her training, her aesthetic, and her perspective as a female surgeon were already real. They just weren't in the marketing.
Restructures dip before they climb
May 2026, the month of the rebuild, was the account's weakest month. June was one of its best. Short-term dips are part of a rebuild, and planning for them keeps a practice from pulling the plug too early.
Brand and landing page work together
The brand story alone lowered cost per lead from $58 to $37. Pairing it with a dedicated landing page and a rebuilt campaign took it to $28.
If your marketing doesn't sound like you
Let's tell the story your patients are looking for.
If your ads and website could belong to any surgeon, you're leaving your best differentiator on the table. Book a strategy call and we'll show you how we'd position your practice and what we'd rebuild first.

How a premium Tampa plastic surgery practice cut its cost per lead in half by marketing like the specialists they are.
Two highly trained Tampa plastic surgeons were charging premium prices while their marketing talked about deals. The mismatch cost them twice: fewer leads, and consultations with patients shopping on price. We rebuilt their story and landing pages around their training, experience, and results. On the same budget of about $5,000 a month, cost per lead fell from $67 to $32, monthly leads roughly doubled to about 155, and the practice reported noticeably better consultations.
How a Phoenix plastic surgeon went from 1 lead a month to 8 to 10 new surgical patients a month after rebuilding his website and ad strategy.
A board-certified plastic surgeon in Phoenix was running Google Ads to a generic website that didn't show what made his work different. In July 2025 the account spent $1,497 and produced one lead. We rebuilt his website around the procedures he performs most, gave each one its own page with a proper before-and-after gallery, and rebuilt the campaigns to match. Leads became steady within a month. Once the new system proved itself, the practice doubled its budget, and by July 2026 the same account was producing about 40 qualified leads a month at $75 each, and Google Ads alone was putting 8 to 10 new surgical patients on his schedule every month.
How a plastic surgeon produced 510% more leads in 90 days while still under contract with another agency.
The practice's existing agency was underperforming but the surgeon couldn't get account access to audit or fix it. We built a parallel landing page and new ad campaigns that ran alongside the existing system without touching it. The new system produced 510% more leads within two weeks, giving the practice clear performance data and an obvious path forward.
